Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible returns: Manufacturing faults only. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return contact hello@cookwithfika.com. Do not return items without first contacting us.

Return delivery is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.

Fika reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for items returned in poor condition or missing accessories.

Refunds will be arranged via cash once your return is received and inspected.

Damages on delivery: Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately at hello@cookwithfika.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Opening sale items purchased during our launch promotion are subject to the same return policy unless stated otherwise.
